Although our members primarily come from the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, membership is open to anyone with an interest in advancing and promoting the field of Biosafety.

Details:

Membership is is valid for one year (January 1 to December 31) and must be renewed each year. 

Benefits:

• Members receive discounted registration costs for the annual symposium and can vote for council members.
• Corporate membership is for companies or organizations wanting to register up to 5 employees. 
  

Membership Forms:

Membership forms must be completed and sent to the address on the form regardless of payment method.
The forms are fillable using Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

Payment of Membership dues can be done by check, credit card or PayPal.  You can pay online by credit card or PayPal account by clicking on the button below.  If you wish to pay by check please see instructions on the membership form.

If you wish to pay for multiple persons in your organization but are not using the corporate membership option, you can change the quantity of memberships in the cart.  If doing this, please add a comment about who the dues are for on the checkout page.
